Keeping a balanced life as an architect is important—and as members of HIIT Fitness ourselves, we were more than happy to step in when the owners faced an unexpected challenge.
When the space they had been renting was sold, they were forced to relocate with very little notice. The brief to us was clear: create a space that performs as hard as the people training in it—and do it yesterday.

Set in a newly built warehouse, the studio needed to accommodate both HIIT and HYROX zones—each with distinct spatial needs and energy profiles. Working in the existing space (that is not necessarily set out for a fitness studio), we approached the layout strategically, mapping flow, visibility, and zoning to enhance the overall user experience.

But design isn’t just about function. It’s about connection. This space also includes an in-house coffee bar—part of our client’s vision to build not just a gym, but a fitness community.

Using 3D visualisations, we helped the team see and feel the space before it was built. The end result? A bold, purpose-driven environment that’s perfectly aligned with their brand and audience.
